The Trent Bridge Quays Phase 2 project involved the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of 44 apartments, 14 townhouses, and two retail units, enhancing the riverfront community.

By conducting a lessons learnt workshop, we enabled the client and design team to integrate valuable insights into the design process.

This ensured a superior final product was delivered.

Collaborative approach to minimise disruption.

With the existing building in use, EDGE worked closely with the design team, surveyors and occupants to gather critical information while minimising disruption.

This proactive approach saved three months off the timescale of the overall programme.

It also allowed the design to progress, for information to be collated to discharge pre-commencement conditions and bypassed potential delays prior to the building being demolished.
