Comprehensive project management and stakeholder engagement.

Serving as the NEC3 Project Manager, we oversee contract administration, design team coordination, and stakeholder communication, ensuring the project adheres to the timeline and budget.

Utilising Power BI, we provide the Trust with detailed monthly dashboard reports, offering transparency and insights into project progress.

Our proactive management approach facilitates seamless transitions from the Outline Business Case to the Full Business Case, driving the project toward a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Stage 4 contract finalisation.

Award winning design for this innovative and energy-efficient healthcare facility.

The National Rehabilitation Centre is a new 70-bed rehabilitation centre on the Stanford Hall Rehabilitation Estate, which also houses the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre.

This strategic location facilitates shared facilities and collaborative learning, enhancing care quality and education. The project prioritises sustainable building practices to achieve carbon neutrality, supporting the NHS’s goal of Carbon Net Zero by 2045.

In June 2023, designs for the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) won the Constructing Excellence Midlands ‘Net Zero Award’ and received Highly Commended in the ‘Future Healthcare Design’ category at the European Healthcare Design Awards.
