Phase two centres on refurbishing the existing terminal, and phase three adds additional aircraft stands, optimising the airport’s functionality and passenger experience.

To ensure smooth airport operations during the airport expansion, EDGE defined a detailed strategy of 15 distinct phases.

Our bespoke procurement strategy maximises market interest and value for money. We used a single-stage tendering initially and then moved to two-stage tendering to manage inflation risk.

By clearly identifying client fit-out requirements early, we integrated these into the construction phase. This approach minimised downtime and sped up the Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition (ORAT) process.
